Software ASP is designed to be a reliable and accurate program. However, the SOFTWARE, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES is provided "AS IS" WITHOUT warranty of any kind. NO warranty is provided for the SOFTWARE, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES as to accuracy, as to reliability, as to the suitability for a particular purpose, as to financial results, as to the accuracy or reliability of the trading interface or components within the SOFTWARE, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES, or any other kind of warranty. If you encounter a technical problem please report this to ATG BEST Inc s.r.o. support. ATG BEST Inc s.r.o. will make a good faith effort to resolve the problem so long as it is within ATG BEST Inc s.r.o. control. Trading services, Data services, or operating systems that ASP may interact with are not within ATG BEST Inc s.r.o. control. Therefore, no promise is made that ATG BEST Inc s.r.o. will be able to correct the problem. In no event shall the maximum remedy exceed the price paid for the software minus any stated service charges. Refunds must be requested within the stated time period described here.

By accepting this License Agreement, you acknowledge that you are 18 years old and give voluntary consent for processing of your personal data for the purpose of acquisition of goods and services (hereinafter referred to as "Program products") of the ATG BEST Inc s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and reception of notices about news, promotions and new program products of the Company. This consent shall not have time limitation and can be withdrawn by request sent to the Company support service. You also get the status of the ATG BEST Inc s.r.o. Company Partner.

The Partner shall bear full responsibility for all oral and written statements made in respect of the Company, not expressly contained in official materials of the Company. The Partner shall agree to indemnify and discharge from liability the Company and its employees in respect of all liabilities, including court decisions, civil penalties, refunds, attorney fees, court costs and loss of clients incurred by the Company due to prohibited statements or actions of the Partner outside the framework of official materials of the Company. This provision shall remain in force after the termination of the Agreement with the Partner.
Proscription of Hiring of Labor and Sales of Goods and Services
Partners shall not be entitled to directly or indirectly recruit other Partners to participate in another business, and also shall not advertise products and services to Partners other than Products of the Company. These actions may result in penalties from the Company, as well as unilateral refusal of payments under the Compensation Plan or the unilateral termination of the Agreement.

In providing you with financial products and services, or information about such products and services, ATG BEST Inc s.r.o. may collect public and non-public personal information about you from the following sources:
- your account agreements and other related documents and forms (for example, name, address, social security number, birth date and financial information);
- transactions with ATG BEST Inc s.r.o. (for example, trading with us, history of meeting margin calls, and your use of various products and services that we provide);
- outside entities, including credit reporting agencies, to obtain information (such as verification of identity, credit-worthiness, credit history, purchasing and investment preferences).

It is our policy not to release your personal information except as permitted by law, requested by you or set forth below. Within ATG BEST Inc s.r.o., we restrict access to your personal information to those who require it to provide products or services to you.
